The Retro Watch Club was founded by Sidharth P Nambiar, whose fascination with watches began at the age of 16. What started as simple curiosity soon became a lifelong passion after opening and studying his grandfather’s vintage Orient watch. Understanding how a mechanical watch worked—and appreciating the craftsmanship behind it—sparked an obsession with vintage timepieces that continues to this day.

Over the years, that passion grew into a carefully curated collection and eventually became The Retro Watch Club. Our mission is simple: to preserve remarkable vintage watches and give more people the opportunity to own, wear, and appreciate pieces of horological history.

With over five years of experience buying, restoring, collecting, and selling vintage watches, we’ve earned the trust of collectors across India. We’re proud to have been among the early dedicated online vintage watch sellers in the country, helping make authentic vintage timepieces more accessible to enthusiasts.

One of our proudest milestones was becoming the Official Time Sponsor for an IIT Bombay event at a young age—a recognition that reflects our commitment to the watch community and the trust we’ve built.
