Refund Policy

At The Retro Watch Club, we are passionate about offering authentic vintage and pre-owned watches. Since every timepiece is unique and may display natural signs of age, we encourage customers to review all photographs and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

As a general policy, all purchases are final.

If Something Is Not Right

If the watch you receive is materially different from the description, or arrives with a functional issue that was not disclosed, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us assess the situation, kindly provide clear photographs, a video demonstrating the issue, and your order details.

Returning an Approved Item

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the watch must be returned in its original condition, along with any packaging or accessories that were included. After the returned watch has been inspected, the refund will be issued through the original payment method, where applicable.

What Is Not Considered a Defect

Please keep in mind that light scratches, patina, dial aging, and other cosmetic signs of use are expected characteristics of vintage watches and should not be treated as defects unless specifically stated otherwise.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our mistake—such as an incorrect item or a significant misrepresentation—the cost of return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.
