Frequently Asked Questions
Are your watches authentic?
Yes. Every watch listed by The Retro Watch Club is carefully inspected for authenticity before being offered for sale. If any part has been replaced or restored to our knowledge, it will always be clearly mentioned in the product description.
Do your watches come serviced?
Not necessarily. Unless specifically stated in the listing, we cannot guarantee a recent service. However, every watch is checked to ensure it is in working condition before dispatch.
Why does my vintage watch have scratches or dial patina?
Vintage watches are often decades old, so light scratches, dial aging, patina, and other signs of wear are completely normal. These characteristics are part of the watch’s history and make every piece unique.
Can I wear my vintage watch every day?
Yes, most vintage watches can be worn daily with proper care. However, we recommend avoiding water exposure, strong impacts, and magnetic fields to help preserve their condition and ensure long-term reliability.
Do you accept returns?
As each watch is unique, all sales are generally considered final. However, if your watch arrives significantly different from its description or with an undisclosed functional issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review the issue and assist you accordingly. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
