Shipping Policy

Every watch we send out is packed by hand, fully insured, and tracked from our door to yours. Shipping is free across India; international orders are shipped at cost.

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Each watch is checked once more before it is packed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Within India, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. These are estimates, not guarantees—courier delays outside our control can occasionally extend them.

Shipping Cost

Within India, shipping is free on every order. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

International orders are shipped at cost. The exact shipping charge is calculated at checkout based on your destination, and is shown to you before payment.

Insurance & Transit Damage

Every shipment is fully insured for its full value while in transit. If your watch arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the watch, and we will resolve it.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If it has not arrived within 48 hours of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are set by your local authorities, are not included in the price you paid, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict these amounts or mark shipments as gifts.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
